Description

  • Operate within an agentic software delivery lifecycle focused on rapid production-ready code delivery.
  • Decompose requirements into discrete, verifiable units for agent execution and automated validation.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end delivery workflows across tools, agents, and human inputs.
  • Apply risk-based routing to determine the appropriate level of automated checks and human approval.
  • Use responsible, safe, and privacy-aware AI practices aligned to governance and risk expectations.
  • Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and adoption of automations through iteration.
  • Partner with engineers, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders on delivery constraints and integration planning.
  • Share learnings and contribute to team practices for agent management, task shaping, and review discipline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production software delivery.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and agent orchestration in delivery pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tooling, performance monitoring, and quality verification techniques.
  • Ability to work across the stack and apply practical data systems knowledge when needed.
  • Understanding of data governance, ethics, privacy, and risk management for AI and automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgement.
  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
  • Experience with responsible AI frameworks or governance in a delivery context (preferred).
  • Experience in a SaaS or product-centric environment, especially payroll, HR tech, or regulated domains (preferred).
  • Familiarity with hexagonal architecture, microservices, or event-driven systems (preferred).
  • Experience in professional or managed services environments (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Microsoft developer certifications or equivalent (preferred).
