Description

Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership to the implementation team.
Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and trade-off analysis between established and innovative approaches.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could affect timelines and project goals.
Produce high-quality deliverables such as status reports, program plans, and customer responses with minimal rework.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources across technically complex engagements.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customers on technical delivery issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams as needed.
Build trust with technical teams and stakeholders by clearly communicating Databricks’ vision and facilitating productive meetings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple engagements while maintaining delivery quality and customer focus.

Requirements

Experience managing large, complex engagements and handling unexpected technical challenges.
Ability to make sound technical decisions without being a hands-on coder.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to stay current on technology trends.
Experience balancing scope, budget, and timeline trade-offs in program or project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Track record of influencing technical teams and tailoring communication for engineers and executives.
Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
