Description

  • Independently scope and lead large, complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to account teams and customers on professional services engagements.
  • Drive the full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services and Training programs.
  • Apply best practices from Centers of Excellence and migration programs to support customer outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to grow account revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to prioritize regional professional services and training targets.
  • Monitor customer sentiment proactively and take corrective action or escalate issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Navigate ambiguous scenarios and manage large-scale program plans and service delivery with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience running a Professional Services line of business.
  • 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
  • Deep understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, including partner funding programs from Microsoft, AWS, and Google.
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% as required.
  • Experience working in LATAM or supporting regional customers is implied by the role context.
