Description

  • Architect production-grade ML and AI workloads for customers on the Databricks unified platform.
  • Design and support GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures, agentic systems, natural language querying, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
  • Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads and apply MLOps practices to productionize them.
  • Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects across the full ML lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to serving and model monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs, influence priorities, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Guide enterprise and strategic customers in aligning their technical roadmap with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Strengthen and share technical expertise through mentorship and participation in the broader ML SME community.
  • Support the technical sale process by advising on implementation and architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on industry ML experience.
  • Experience as an ML Engineer building and maintaining production-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience as an AI Engineer with LLMs and agentic systems, including vector databases, fine-tuning, AI guardrails, and deployment tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and OpenAI.
  • Experience with data engineering or a strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
  • Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and driving business value through ML and AI.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role preferred.
  • Ability to meet technical training and role-specific expectations within 3 months of hire.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
  • Remote work is available, with preference for candidates located in the job listing area.
