Description

  • Architect and deploy Agentic CDP capabilities for intelligent identity resolution and data enrichment.
  • Design LLM-powered systems and internal agents to automate KPI root-cause analysis, generate insights, and streamline GTM communication.
  • Build and manage complex data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure high-fidelity data inputs and integration with governance frameworks.
  • Understand and optimize data flows across GTM systems such as Salesforce, Xactly, and 6sense.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
  • Drive internal Databricks on Databricks (DBX@DBX) initiatives.
  • Work across dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs to deliver clear outcomes.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience building modern data pipelines.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Experience using Databricks’ lakehouse platform.
  • Strong background in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
  • Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data.
  • Strong track record in B2B SaaS, machine learning, and generative AI deployment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and translate team needs into deliverables.
  • Experience with complementary AI technologies for production-grade solutions (preferred).
