Description

  • Secure and harden enterprise cloud environments, secret management, collaboration tools, endpoints, SaaS applications, and IAM in partnership with Enterprise Security.
  • Build and scale enterprise cloud infrastructure including infrastructure provisioning, SRE services, 24/7 on-call support, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and cost optimization.
  • Manage cloud budgets and vendor relationships and drive initiatives to optimize cloud costs and capacity.
  • Own engineering tooling strategy and operations by partnering with R&D to define policies, configurations, runbooks, SLAs, hardening, scalability and availability for tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Lead endpoint engineering to enable zero-touch deployment, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, observability, security configuration, and SLA enforcement for desktops and mobile devices.
  • Manage Identity & Access Management operations, including IAM implementation, access standards enforcement, identity governance, SLA management, and compliance with FedRAMP/PCI/IL5 and other standards.
  • Oversee collaboration platform management (Gmail, Slack, Atlassian products, Moveworks, Glean) and deliver a high-quality employee productivity and collaboration experience.
  • Establish and mature incident and change management, SRE/DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and processes to reduce manual toil and support M&A system integrations efficiently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years managing cloud infrastructure at large enterprises, with extensive hands-on experience in public cloud (AWS required; GCP and Azure a plus).
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging production systems and deep understanding of cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven experience leading DevOps/SRE practices and metrics (OKRs, Agile, infra-as-code, SRE, DORA KPIs) and running 24/7 operational support models.
  • Experience with identity and access management tools, identity governance, and managing internal and external identity providers to meet compliance requirements (FedRAMP, PCI, SOX, IL5).
  • Practical experience with engineering toolchains and collaboration platforms (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Gmail, Slack) and integrating/optimizing them for developer productivity.
  • Experience managing endpoint management at scale, including zero-touch deployment, observability, security policy enforcement, and SLA-driven support.
  • Track record leading and mentoring senior, distributed/asynchronous teams with strong verbal and written communication and a collaborative cross-functional approach.
  • Experience with cloud cost management, vendor management, and driving operational/process improvements; experience supporting M&A integrations is a plus.

Benefits

  • Zone 1 salary range: $265,000 — $364,300 USD (actual compensation varies by location, experience, and role factors).
