Description

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Increase the territory client base and expand the regional book of business to achieve annual targets.
  • Formulate and implement an effective customer call strategy and use Salesforce as the primary CRM to maximize opportunities.
  • Travel within the designated territory (approximately 30%) to assess prospects and meet customers in person.
  • Own and manage an existing portfolio of customers, maintain stakeholder relationships, and transition new client connections to account managers for day-to-day interactions.
  • Possess and present in-depth knowledge of the full line of products and services to multiple levels within prospective accounts and prepare value-focused business proposals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and assist in portfolio management to drive additional revenue from current customers.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to draft and review client contracts and engage in contract negotiations with prospects and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze local and international industry trends to identify business opportunities and assess potential impacts.
  • Produce territory performance reports with the Regional Manager and continuously review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the Dialysis Market or Clinic / Diagnostic Laboratory Market.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Proven negotiation experience; hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely anywhere in North America and travel approximately 30%.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $89,017–$132,043 per year.
  • Total compensation may include bonuses, commissions, an annual performance bonus, and other incentive compensation plans.
  • Remote work flexibility (role can be based anywhere in North America) and full-time employment.
