Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Grow the client base and expand the regional book of business to meet annual targets.
  • Manage customer outreach and prospecting using Salesforce to identify new opportunities.
  • Travel within the territory to meet prospects and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and support smooth transitions to account managers.
  • Present the company’s products and services to key stakeholders.
  • Align client needs with business strengths and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate on contract development and lead client negotiations.
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support upselling and portfolio growth within existing accounts.
  • Track performance and work with the Account Manager to improve results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in value-based selling.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote work status with travel within the territory as needed.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $87,173 to $131,019.
  • Annual performance bonus may be included.
  • Additional incentive compensation plans may be available.
  • Benefits package offered.
  • Remote work arrangement.
