Description

  • Lead overall operations for all Government Services products while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Shape operational strategy and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency across current and future lines of business.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in the government program and regulatory landscape, including updates from CMS, HHS, and DOJ.
  • Oversee end-to-end IDR case workflow from government portal intake through final determination.
  • Optimize case review processes, including the use of arbitrators and coders, to improve timeliness and accuracy.
  • Oversee operational functions for MDE and ACE to meet quality and production goals.
  • Manage the integration and use of AccessDS for case tracking and management.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate teams supporting arbitrators, coders, and customer service representatives.
  • Ensure arbitrators are credentialed, trained, and supported according to program requirements and internal standards.
  • Work with finance, vendors, and leadership teams to manage invoicing, billing, revenue collection, budgeting, and escrow-related processes.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of senior management experience.
  • Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in healthcare, dispute resolution, or a related regulatory environment.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, cross-departmental operations, and executive leadership.
  • Experience managing and optimizing complex workflows and processes.
  • Understanding of Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), MDE, ACE, and the No Surprises Act.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
  • Degree in business or a similar field.
  • Experience handling compliance requirements and multi-stakeholder government-facing operations (preferred).
