Description

  • Lead day-to-day operations across Plating, RTI, and Fulfillment while maintaining high standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Ensure operational performance against SQCDP metrics, including shift performance, staffing plans, material flow, and escalation management.
  • Coach and develop Area Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams to build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, standardization measures, and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to support stable end-to-end processes, product launches, scaling projects, and future automation initiatives.
  • Take overall ownership of operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people leadership.
  • Stabilize and optimize production processes in a dynamic food production environment.

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in food production, FMCG, logistics, fulfillment, or similar high-throughput production environments, ideally with responsibility for larger operational teams.
  • Proven success in operational excellence, performance improvement, KPI management, workforce planning, and team development.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of accountability, operational discipline, and a structured, pragmatic, execution-oriented working style.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in chilled food production, ready-meal manufacturing, or Lean/continuous improvement methods is an advantage.
  • Very good to fluent German and English language skills, spoken and written, are required.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on production environment is expected.
