Description

  • Provide managerial support, feedback, coaching, and review input for analytics team members.
  • Assign projects based on request priority, skill set, and team bandwidth, and oversee execution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review incoming reporting requests and create reporting templates for the analytics team.
  • Oversee the delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, and Allstate outcome reports to business partners.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, status updates, estimates, and training materials.
  • Coach the team on new processes and compile training documentation to improve staff efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to translate analytics requests into workable solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration projects and define data mapping, validation, and ETL/ELT approaches.
  • Develop a long-term analytics roadmap aligned to business impact and organizational KPIs.
  • Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and support internal leaders with subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC and Mac environments, including MS Office, Excel, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand company business lines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology.
  • General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines.
  • Must be able to supply and maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for work from home.
  • Ability to perform duties involving long periods of sitting, computer work, and occasional lifting, bending, or traveling.
