Description

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of LOA Fix Stage 1, including Lincoln integration changes and disabling salary proration.
  • Drive alignment and delivery across Lincoln, Time Away, Employee Programs, PayMeta, and Benefits teams.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, competing priorities, and escalations across concurrent workstreams.
  • Coordinate integration testing and issue resolution across HR, Payroll, Absence, and related systems.
  • Prepare and support the Stage 2 in-person workshop, including coordination among participating teams.
  • Provide project management support for US PayMeta business-as-usual operations.
  • Maintain status reports, stakeholder communications, project documentation, and delivery tracking.
  • Support broader initiatives including Project PRIDE, RSU Transformation, and Workday Reimagined as capacity allows.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, networking, and Digital Transformation activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, or HR Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Absence modules.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, leave of absence policies, and system integrations.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience resolving cross-functional dependencies and coordinating complex deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with Lincoln Financial or similar absence and disability vendors preferred.
  • Experience with end-to-end leave processing, Workday integration testing, or technology-company People Operations preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 20,000+ employees preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in the PST or CST time zones, be available for occasional domestic travel, and work as direct W2 employees without sponsorship.
