Description

  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and project resources.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using established methodologies.
  • Maintain relationships and communication with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, Statements of Work, and client proposals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Research tools and processes to identify trends, resolve recurring issues, and support long-range planning.
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Represent iT1 professionally when working with clients, vendors, employees, and the public.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience; IT project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate project scope, status, and issues to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Ability to prepare Statements of Work and develop client proposals.
  • Ability to work at a computer and keyboard for up to 8 hours per day and communicate effectively in person and by phone.
