Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles such as Insurance Sales Producers, Account Managers, and hybrid customer service positions.
  • Partner with insurance agency owners as the primary recruiting contact and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Manage client expectations and provide market insights on hiring needs and talent availability.
  • Screen candidates for cultural fit, sales aptitude, and technical insurance knowledge.
  • Coordinate and help administer structured group interviews with agency owners.
  • Work within existing recruiting systems, documentation, and workflows while helping improve them.
  • Track recruiting KPIs and placement metrics to monitor efficiency and quality.
  • Manage a high volume of open roles across multiple clients and time zones.
  • Contribute to refining and scaling the recruiting division’s processes and operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-volume corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting for sales or insurance roles is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven approach to recruiting.
  • Understanding of the recruiting funnel and how to move candidates efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfort communicating with business owners and holding them accountable to timelines and hiring standards.
  • Ability to push back professionally when necessary.
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles across different time zones without daily direction.
  • Interest in helping refine and scale a new recruiting division.
