Description

  • Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new course launches, including timelines, task assignments, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Own launch readiness by ensuring systems, workflows, and handoffs are in place before each course goes live.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, track open items, and flag risks early to keep launches on schedule.
  • Run recurring cross-functional check-ins to align teams on content updates, process fixes, and bug resolution between cohorts.
  • Establish a regular cadence for reviewing course health metrics and lead cross-functional efforts to address friction points.
  • Triage course feedback and coordinate curriculum updates to support smooth launches for Cohorts 2, 3, and beyond.
  • Create clear documentation for workflows, automations, and processes so teams can self-serve and preserve institutional knowledge.
  • Coordinate meetings across levels of the organization and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Support change management when new tools or processes are introduced.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Enablement, with end-to-end ownership of launches.
  • Experience leading initiatives from early-stage concept through scaled, repeatable execution.
  • Strong project management skills, including scoping work, setting realistic timelines, and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Experience running kickoff meetings and driving decisions with cross-functional leads.
  • Mastery of Asana or another task management tool.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present risks and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Directors and the CEO.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and reason from root causes to unblock work.
  • High-agency, independent work style with the ability to identify gaps and close loops proactively.
  • Applied AI experience with an automation-first approach and concrete examples of using AI to improve workflows or productivity.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot and Zapier (nice to have).
  • Startup or fast-paced, iterative environment experience (nice to have).
  • Agentic AI experience (nice to have).
  • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, with a 6-month probation period.
  • Ability to overlap with US East Coast and Pacific Time Zones.
  • Location in the Philippines or India.
