Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects with multiple work streams across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide project management, cross-functional coordination, and team communications to deliver programs on time and with high quality.
  • Develop schedules, identify dependencies, critical paths, and bottlenecks, and maintain execution through program completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actions, resolve issues, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status updates to all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure team to monitor deployment progress for engineering programs.
  • Understand high-level technical architecture and facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and deployment decisions.
  • Coordinate operational activities such as QBRs, monthly updates, and annual planning.
  • Own CapEx planning and ensure spending is accurately tracked and within budget on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Set program goals, track progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive corrective actions and mitigations as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • MS in computer science, MBA, or an engineering management equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with complex, feature-rich programs and schedule management for virtual infrastructure-related programs is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing projects throughout the full SDLC, including investigation, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience working with vendor and partner teams to optimize the software roadmap.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical cross-functional groups.
  • Solid project and technical judgment with the ability to influence a growing organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements that increase speed to market, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Experience serving as the single point of contact for delivery decisions and cross-team communication.
