Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend features using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate on integrating and consuming REST APIs with internal and third-party services.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles and MVC architecture best practices.
  • Help resolve complex technical issues alongside the client’s team.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.
  • Adapt quickly to the client’s internal tools and workflows, including Laravel if needed.
  • Work autonomously in alignment with U.S. Central or Pacific time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend Developer.
  • Strong core knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs.
  • Laravel experience is preferred, and willingness to learn it on the job is acceptable.
  • Strong experience with Python and Node.js is a plus.
  • Excellent English level, as the client requires an English validation interview.
  • Availability to work in U.S. Central or Pacific time zones.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the Banking sector are not accepted.
  • Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and development best practices.
  • Clear communication, autonomy, fast learning ability, and proactive engineering mindset.
