Description

  • Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across projects.
  • Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
  • Use Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and productivity.
  • Architect systems, design database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries.
  • Integrate and manage third-party APIs and external platforms such as Stripe, Supabase, music platforms, and SaaS services.
  • Develop advanced admin dashboards, internal tools, and complex user interfaces.
  • Own projects end-to-end from requirements and architecture through deployment and optimization.
  • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Mentor developers, review code, and drive engineering excellence across the team.
  • Coordinate development processes and delivery across remote, distributed teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of playing a key role in building and shipping IT products or applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading developers and managing development processes.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures.
  • Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms into production systems.
  • Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with async collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and product-focused thinking.
  • Experience with Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL (Supabase), Stripe, Vercel, and Cursor IDE.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor or similar tools, is preferred.
  • Resume, GitHub profile, and examples of AI-assisted development work are required for application.
