Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams.
  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories with business context, acceptance criteria, rules, dependencies, and edge cases.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to clarify needs and resolve ambiguities.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog with Product Owners.
  • Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze processes and systems to identify gaps, customer pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Document workflows, requirements, and agreed business rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with utilities, CIS billing systems, or regulated markets.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced spoken and written English and residence in LATAM.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with utility services, customer self-service portals, or CIS billing systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B, Oracle C2M, VXcis, utility billing, customer journey mapping, APIs or middleware integrations, process modeling, workflows, or wireframes.
