Description

  • Analyze stakeholder and client needs to identify product problems, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into structured and functional product proposals.
  • Design conceptual solutions using user flows, wireframes, mockups, process diagrams, and experience maps.
  • Structure ideas from different business areas into actionable solutions.
  • Evaluate functional impacts across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, ideation sessions, and design sprints.
  • Propose improvements and optimizations for existing features and processes.
  • Document solutions and processes clearly for both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and additional needs arising from proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Mid-level profile with at least 2 years of experience in product design, business analysis, strategic UX, or functional definition for digital products.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and process diagrams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and design structured solutions.
  • Experience working with digital products and multiple interconnected systems.
  • General understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical constraints.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
  • Ability to map, evaluate, and optimize business processes.
  • Experience documenting features, requirements, and solutions.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence, plus other collaborative design and discovery tools.
  • Strong analytical and systemic thinking, clear communication, facilitation skills, active listening, user orientation, proactivity, autonomy, adaptability, organization, and practical problem-solving.
  • Remote role open to candidates in LATAM.
  • English is not required.
