Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, communication plans, and resourcing.
  • Support project teams and collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and establish clear project goals.
  • Allocate, manage, and monitor project resources to ensure efficient use and optimal productivity.
  • Use AI project management tools to improve scheduling accuracy, forecast trends, identify risks, and streamline documentation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that could affect delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project budgets, address overages proactively, and report project metrics to leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare project status updates, reports, and documentation, and maintain accurate records of decisions, changes, and approvals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, course development, program management, or the web development life cycle is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PivotTables and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Smartsheet skills, including creating custom dashboards for reporting.
  • Experience using AI tools for project management or reporting automation is an asset.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, OpenAir, and PowerBI is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with effective time management and prioritization.
  • Bilingual French is an asset.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM, or equivalent experience, is an asset.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.

  • Base salary range of $82,000 to $100,000 CAD.
