Description

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across individual projects and portfolios, including planning, resourcing, timelines, risk management, and oversight.
  • Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and maintain clear communication on status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, reports, and deliverable repositories.
  • Monitor scope changes, manage change orders, and document impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows and cross-functional alignment across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling teams.
  • Facilitate internal and external review cycles, including tracking timelines and collating reviewer feedback.
  • Track financials, scope, and resourcing issues, escalating risks early to project leadership.
  • Support strategic portfolio prioritization and resource allocation with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates to improve consistency and delivery quality.
  • Support proposal development and study start-up activities, including timeline development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects (helpful).
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs (helpful).
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams (helpful).
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management (helpful).
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills (helpful).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality (helpful).
