Description

  • Audit, build, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Improve targeting, creative, tracking, attribution, ROAS, and profitability through ongoing testing.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns for the summer launch, Black Friday, Christmas, and peak trading periods.
  • Review, build, and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
  • Develop social media strategies, content calendars, and scheduled organic content.
  • Create and adapt graphic assets for advertising, email, social media, and website campaigns.
  • Maintain Shopify products, imagery, collections, banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Track performance across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social platforms, providing actionable reports.
  • Use marketing data to identify improvements in customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Demonstrated success improving paid media performance and ROI.
  • Experience auditing existing advertising accounts and optimizing campaign structure, audiences, remarketing, and tracking.
  • Experience with Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, and automation.
  • Experience managing or maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content planning.
  • Graphic design capability using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting e-commerce marketing data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; experience with relevant lifestyle brands, international audiences, major e-commerce campaigns, video editing, or conversion rate optimization is preferred.

Benefits

  • PHP 35,000–45,000 monthly for 25 hours per week, or NZD 1,800–2,300 monthly full time.
  • NZ working hours, from 10 a.m.
  • NZ public holidays observed.
  • 25 hours per week initially, with potential to increase as the role develops.
  • Significant autonomy and direct influence over e-commerce growth.
