Description

  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews in ClickUp to identify overdue or blocked tasks and follow up with the relevant team member or client.
  • Provide a concise weekly status summary to the founder.
  • Review AI-generated social media content scripts for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment before client delivery.
  • Manage the full content approval workflow, including client notifications, follow-ups, designer briefings, visual QA, and scheduling approved content in GoHighLevel.
  • Own the monthly newsletter workflow and coordinate email nurturing sequence builds with the GoHighLevel team.
  • Deliver monthly email performance summaries to the founder.
  • Coordinate landing page builds across the founder, GoHighLevel team, and ads workflow, including client preview approvals and pre-launch QA.
  • Monitor weekly lead flow and escalate any issues immediately.
  • Coordinate Meta ad asset creation and manage client approvals for copy and creative assets in ClickUp.
  • Compile and send monthly ad performance reports to clients on time.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication across ClickUp and other channels, escalating only strategic decisions to the founder.
  • Set up new client workspaces in ClickUp using existing templates, collect brand assets, brief the GoHighLevel team, and establish review schedules and calendar bookings.
  • Collaborate with the in-house AI specialist to identify workflow improvements and reduce manual effort across operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing agency operations, project management, or delivery lead roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp or a comparable project management tool such as Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
  • Solid, demonstrable GoHighLevel experience.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for content review, brief writing, and operational research.
  • Excellent written English with a consistently high standard across client communication, internal coordination, and quality reviews.
  • Proven experience coordinating a remote team across multiple roles and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of social media content strategy for service-based or trade businesses.
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and solutions-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting an Australian-based digital marketing agency or working with Australian clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the construction, trade, or home services industry is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta advertising workflows and monthly performance reporting is preferred.
  • Comfort reviewing and quality-checking AI-generated content at volume and pace is preferred.
  • Experience writing, improving, or maintaining SOPs and internal documentation is preferred.
  • GoHighLevel build-level experience, including automations, CRM logic, and landing page setup, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of PHP 130,000 to PHP 170,000.
  • KPI-based bonus.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Minimum 4–6 hours overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
