Description

Own the financial performance of the business by managing daily and monthly P&L results and making decisions that improve revenue, margins, and profitability.
Drive revenue growth and gross profit by identifying new business opportunities, improving sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Optimize operational efficiency by using observation and performance data to maintain smooth workflows, strong productivity, and consistent execution.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining service standards, resolving customer concerns, and improving retention and loyalty.
Leverage technology and operational systems to monitor key metrics, manage performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Oversee daily location operations with direct accountability for business outcomes and execution standards.
Analyze business performance and implement operational improvements to strengthen results.

Requirements

Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for performance outcomes.
Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret P&L data.
Experience leading revenue-driven teams with a track record of improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a culture of accountability and results.
Operational instincts and problem-solving ability to quickly assess a business, identify opportunities, and execute solutions.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where leaders are expected to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
Prior automotive experience is not required.
Experience from retail, hospitality, service, or other operational industries is welcomed through the company’s training program.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk most of the workday, use hand tools, and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

$100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
$20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
Up to 6% gross profit share.
