Description

  • Own the financial performance of the business by managing daily and monthly P&L results and making decisions that improve revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit by identifying new business opportunities, improving sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by using observation and performance data to maintain smooth workflows, strong productivity, and consistent execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining service standards, resolving customer concerns, and improving retention and loyalty.
  • Leverage technology and operational systems to monitor key metrics, manage performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee daily location operations with direct accountability for business outcomes and execution standards.
  • Analyze business performance and implement operational improvements to strengthen results.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams with a track record of improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a culture of accountability and results.
  • Operational instincts and problem-solving ability to quickly assess a business, identify opportunities, and execute solutions.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where leaders are expected to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Experience from retail, hospitality, service, or other operational industries is welcomed through the company’s training program.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk most of the workday, use hand tools, and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
