Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Create, schedule, and manage daily content including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts.
  • Produce high-quality visual and video content using AI-powered tools and provide creative direction for product shoots.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activity.
  • Drive organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility through shareable content.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
  • Set up, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Shopping.
  • Adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives based on daily performance to improve ROAS and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize Shopify store performance, product pages, collections, and landing pages.
  • Work with developers to implement technical and functional improvements to the store.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and oversee digital assets such as EDMs, banners, and ad materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Solid understanding of Shopify, including product management, themes, and apps.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools for image and video content creation.
  • Proven success in growing social media accounts organically.
  • Strong analytical skills using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4.
  • Excellent written English for marketing copy and content creation.
  • Highly self-directed with strong ownership and execution capability.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce websites is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing influencer or UGC campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest and TikTok advertising is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Australian or international fashion/lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio demonstrating social growth, campaigns, and performance results is highly desirable.

Benefits

  • Salary up to Php 90,000, final offer subject to the client’s discretion based on skills and experience.
  • 100% remote work setup as an independent contractor.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 10am-7pm NZDT (6am-3pm Philippine Standard Time).
  • New Zealand public holidays observed.
  • Possible multiple client interviews and assessment as part of the recruitment process.
