Description

  • Use LinkedIn search parameters and Google research techniques to identify target firms in the US legal and public accounting sectors.
  • Add newly identified companies to the internal CRM using standardized data-formatting rules.
  • Research and build complete account and contact profiles, including names, verified emails, locations, job titles, and industry segments.
  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo and other B2B intelligence platforms to enrich and verify contact records.
  • Identify qualified candidate leads through LinkedIn and CRM research.
  • Sync research data across email platforms and CRM tracking tools to support outreach campaigns.
  • Meet consistent daily and weekly activity targets for database expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data research, web research, market intelligence, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finder applications, or similar B2B research tools.
  • Strong written communication skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to understand complex data requirements and apply logical research criteria.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to meet activity and volume targets.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software, sales CRMs, or database management systems.
  • Understanding of or exposure to the US public accounting or legal corporate sectors.
  • Availability to work full-time during UK business hours.

Benefits

  • Fixed salary of R10,000 ZAR per month.
