Description

  • Answer inbound client calls and email enquiries professionally.
  • Provide clear updates on conveyancing matters and file progress.
  • Assist clients with forms, documentation, and general process questions.
  • Record detailed file notes and update the CRM or file management system.
  • Review active files daily and identify outstanding tasks or follow-ups.
  • Chase required documents, signatures, and other outstanding information.
  • Escalate complex legal or sensitive matters when required.
  • Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and client experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Australian conveyancing support, legal administration, or paralegal work.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing workflows and common client questions.
  • Comfortable using Smokeball, Triconvey, or similar legal file management systems.
  • Able to manage priorities independently and follow processes accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional, calm, and patient communication style.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive client communication professionally.
  • Able to work autonomously without constant supervision.
  • Strong follow-up and task management skills.

Benefits

  • Salary of 1,600 AUD per month (approximately Php 65,000–70,000).
  • Approx. 25–30 hours per week initially.
