Description

  • Manage conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement.
  • Handle approximately 15–25 files per month with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, contracts, and settlement statements.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, and agents throughout transactions.
  • Provide clear and professional client communication during the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct property searches and manage lodgements through relevant platforms.
  • Support settlements and post-settlement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian conveyancing regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Australian residential conveyancing, preferably in Victoria.
  • Strong working knowledge of PEXA, InfoTrack, Smokeball, ActionStep, and Leap.
  • Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple Australian jurisdictions, with Victoria experience highly regarded.
  • Senior-level conveyancing experience across Australia.
  • Strong settlement support capability.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Able to start within 2-4 weeks.
