Description

  • Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to support successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs while using resources effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that supports communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational processes and policies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be available for a full-time remote schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Experience working in a remote environment or with cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.
