Description

  • Own the creative team’s full project pipeline from brief intake through final delivery.
  • Build and maintain workback calendars for seasonal campaigns, product launches, channel executions, and evergreen creative needs.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between Creative and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, and Product.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and milestone reviews with clear agendas and follow-ups.
  • Track project status, team bandwidth, and deadlines for creative leadership and help resolve roadblocks.
  • Own and continuously improve creative workflow systems, including Asana architecture, intake processes, and team operating rhythms.
  • Establish and enforce consistent brief standards to reduce revision cycles.
  • Lead creative capacity planning and balance workload across the team.
  • Own Stio’s Digital Asset Management platform, including asset organization, taxonomy, standards, and team adoption.
  • Co-manage external freelancers, photographers, and creative vendors, including contracts, timelines, deliverables, and invoice processing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing workflows, ideally in an in-house creative team, brand, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining project management systems.
  • Proficiency in Asana or a similar tool, including building project architecture, templates, and workflows from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with a Digital Asset Management platform; Bynder is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency with AI tools and curiosity about how they can improve creative production workflows.
  • Strong brief-writing instincts and willingness to push back when a brief is not clear enough.
  • Clear, confident communication skills across creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands in apparel, outdoor, lifestyle, or adjacent categories is preferred.
  • Genuine affinity for mountain lifestyle and alignment with Stio’s mission, vision, and values.
