Description

  • Write and review Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) assignments.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients based on assessment findings and transaction implications.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage field technicians during site visits and occasionally lead fieldwork activities.
  • Conduct historical, regulatory, and other research relevant to site assessments.
  • Communicate with clients and subject site representatives.
  • Perform site reconnaissance and evaluate site conditions.
  • Compile, organize, and prepare project data and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare site figures, appendices, and other report deliverables.
  • Support the Managing Director with tasks related to report schedules and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) are a plus.
  • Radon and AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
