Description

  • Interpret and apply federal labor regulations, wage determinations, and living wage standards to pricing submissions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external labor and market data to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain competitive labor rate analyses for federal staffing categories across clinical, allied health, IT, professional, and administrative roles.
  • Build and manage pricing models covering direct wages, fringe benefits, overhead, G&A, and fee structures.
  • Partner with Business Development, Proposal Management, Finance, and Delivery teams to develop cost volumes, pricing files, and supporting documentation for federal solicitations.
  • Respond to client pricing requests, renewals, and contract modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on labor category mapping, rates, and multipliers that balance compliance, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Monitor federal labor market trends, wage adjustments, competitor pricing, and healthcare workforce dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools, templates, and models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and executive reporting for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services.
  • Familiarity with SCA wage determinations, FAR cost principles, and federal procurement processes is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
  • Experience with pricing software, ERP systems, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
