Description

  • Own and orchestrate the entire marketing ecosystem across Cynet Health and Cynet Group, integrating creative storytelling, brand leadership, and AI-powered marketing systems.
  • Define and execute a unified marketing and branding strategy across divisions, aligned to an agreed marketing checklist and roadmap.
  • Serve as the creative steward of the brand, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and storytelling excellence across digital, experiential, and physical touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, set a roadmap for innovation, and align team priorities with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, events, and experiential marketing, including booth strategy, creative, swag, surveys, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Design and scale referral and loyalty programs and establish scalable processes for generating and managing reviews across industry platforms.
  • Design and scale AI-driven and automated marketing workflows across the funnel, from initial website visit to recruiter connection, job alerts, and ongoing engagement.
  • Architect smart capture and conversion experiences (web, email, SMS, chat, live agents) to reduce friction and increase candidate and client engagement.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement MarTech, AI tools, and automation platforms; own the digital experience across website and career platforms to drive organic traffic, lead generation, and measurable growth; lead data-driven demand-gen and conversion optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or education.
  • 10+ years of experience as a subject leader and 5+ years of experience in the services/staffing industry.
  • High level of experience in Marketing Automation, Lead Gen/Lead Scoring, analytics, and PPC campaigns.
  • Experience with SMS/Push/Email marketing, SEO, WordPress, HubSpot, Clay, Klaviyo, and other MarTech platforms.
  • Tech-savvy, data-driven, and analytical approach to problem solving and improving processes using automation.
  • Experience designing and scaling AI-driven and automated marketing workflows and lifecycle/drip programs to support recruiters and sales teams.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing marketing teams and collaborating with sales, recruiting, and leadership teams.
