Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
  • Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations.
  • Support identity lifecycle management workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
  • Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and governance frameworks.
  • Configure access certifications, separation of duties controls, and compliance controls.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and support incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across IAM projects.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to IAM strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
  • 7+ years of overall IAM or cybersecurity experience.
  • Strong experience developing SailPoint IIQ rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML.
  • Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, and LDAP.
  • Experience leading technical projects.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications including Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
