Description

  • Manage day-to-day execution across multiple program workstreams against the Senior Program Manager’s plan.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions for augmented cybersecurity staff.
  • Handle access provisioning, equipment, badging, and client compliance requirements for incoming and transitioning staff.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for augmented personnel and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain program documentation such as project plans, RACI matrices, risk logs, issue trackers, and SOPs.
  • Track and report resource utilization, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for governance meetings.
  • Facilitate recurring operational meetings with internal teams and client operational leads.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning on requisitions, candidate pipelines, and staffing gaps.
  • Support QBR materials, SLA reporting, and other contractual deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting staff augmentation, managed services, or professional services engagements.
  • Experience working in or alongside the cybersecurity industry, such as SOC operations, GRC, security engineering, or MDR.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and execution across large, distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining accurate program documentation and tracking systems.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting staff augmentation programs at MSSPs, cybersecurity consulting firms, or government contractors.
  • Experience coordinating with HR, talent acquisition, or vendor management teams on resource lifecycle activities.
  • Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
