Description

  • Launch and operationally scale the cryptocurrency exchange across all functional areas.
  • Build a global network of introducing brokers, key opinion leaders, and retail partners to drive acquisition and growth.
  • Define and execute the licensing roadmap across key jurisdictions.
  • Implement fiat on- and off-ramp solutions for each operating market.
  • Recruit, structure, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, support, and operations.
  • Establish internal operational policies and external partner standards to ensure compliant execution.
  • Develop and oversee the business plan, execution roadmap, financial projections, and resource requirements.
  • Lead the rollout of the MVP, manage user testing, and validate product-market fit.
  • Set up core operational technology, including CRM, client portals, back-office tools, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk systems.
  • Define KPIs and implement BI dashboards for executive and board-level reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a COO or senior operations leader, ideally in a centralized cryptocurrency exchange.
  • Strong strategic and operational planning ability to build business models, roadmaps, and execution frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including IBs, affiliate models, and fiat/crypto flows.
  • Experience with global licensing processes, risk frameworks, and operational controls for crypto exchanges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage lean, high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to define and oversee technology stacks supporting KYC, fraud prevention, and customer service.
  • Experience mapping customer journeys and optimizing user experience across digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in defining KPIs and building BI dashboards for internal and board stakeholders.
  • Experience leading MVP launches, evaluating user feedback, and adapting offerings based on product-market fit.
  • Ability to define business requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and manage CRM, client portal, and back-office implementations.
