Description

  • Identify partnership opportunities to support business growth.
  • Develop new relationships to expand the company’s business presence.
  • Maintain and grow existing business accounts and relationships.
  • Plan work critically to help ensure project success.
  • Drive sales-oriented activities aligned with department objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the manager to meet team and division goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of business development experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, outgoing personality.
  • Positive, can-do, go-getter attitude.
  • Willingness to travel, including cross-state travel.
