Description

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries and issues.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to maximize revenue.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions relevant to client accounts.
  • Prepare reports and present updates on client performance and account metrics.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in account management or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the FX and CFD markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in the brokerage industry is a plus.
  • Japanese speaker and able to understand English.
