Description

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related schedule documents in accordance with GAO and DCMA best practices.
  • Work with program and project managers, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to plan, create, and manage project schedules.
  • Build resource-loaded schedules from project documentation and team input.
  • Conduct schedule reviews to support accountability and early identification of issues.
  • Track, analyze, and report critical path, metrics, task status, and schedule performance.
  • Maintain schedule accuracy, version control, and baseline variance tracking.
  • Monitor project progress, including forecasts, critical path activities, and completed work against plan.
  • Support risk mitigation and issue management through detailed schedule analysis.
  • Use MS Project, Project Server, JIRA, and Confluence data to update milestones and maintain schedules.
  • Upload, link, and maintain schedules in the MS Project Server environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 6 years of related experience.
  • Senior or expert-level scheduling experience with hands-on integrated master scheduling.
  • Strong experience with MS Project and MS Project Server.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with functional teams and leading schedule review meetings.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents appropriately.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum concepts and experience required.
  • DevOps experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Schedule Inspector, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
  • Must possess DHS Suitability background investigation or be eligible for DHS Entry of Duty background investigation and DHS Public Trust Clearance.
