Description

  • Execute strategic initiatives aligned to CEO and Executive Team priorities, including multi-quarter transformations spanning 3+ functions.
  • Design and maintain project management infrastructure, including plans, timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and dependency tracking.
  • Manage meeting cadence, documentation, and status reporting for complex cross-functional work.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across levels to align deliverables, timelines, ownership, and accountability.
  • Surface and resolve bottlenecks while maintaining momentum toward objectives.
  • Build scalable project management capability through templates, best practices, and knowledge transfer tools.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen organizational execution capability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record managing company-level, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders, including VPs and above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellence in project infrastructure creation and maintenance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies (preferred).
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience with transformation or change initiatives (preferred).
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
