Description

  • Develop and execute proactive outreach to recruit new dealers, especially in underpenetrated markets.
  • Build relationships with dealers that may become future acquisition targets.
  • Pitch Quench’s indirect brands and programs to qualify new dealer prospects.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align priorities and support revenue and EBITDA pipeline projections.
  • Represent Quench as an ambassador at industry events.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the point-of-use (POU) industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with new people.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence others.
  • Experience with sales quotas; familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
