Description

  • Manage end-to-end replenishment for assigned Bike categories and generate purchase orders for core and never-out-of-stock SKUs.
  • Optimize replenishment across multi-source vendor supply chains based on availability, lead time, and profitability.
  • Set and maintain SKU- and vendor-level reorder points, min/max levels, safety stock, order multiples, and review cycles.
  • Monitor in-stock rate, weeks of supply, inventory turns, sell-through, vendor fill rates, stockout risk, and overstock.
  • Run weekly exception reporting on out-of-stocks, late purchase orders, and excess inventory, recommending actions to merchants and planners.
  • Partner with vendors to confirm availability, expedite shipments, resolve short-ships, and improve lead-time and fill-rate performance.
  • Improve replenishment tools, reporting, and automation to reduce manual work and accelerate decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, allocation, or supply chain analytics, ideally in retail or ecommerce.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling large datasets.
  • Working knowledge of in-stock rate, weeks of supply, inventory turns, sell-through, safety stock, and reorder-point logic.
  • Experience creating and managing vendor purchase orders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to produce quality work in daily tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with replenishment or demand-forecasting systems preferred.
  • SQL experience, preferably BigQuery, and familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
  • Experience automating reports or workflows using Python, macros, or AI tools preferred.
