Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Drive global user acquisition for web and app channels with a focus on high-quality growth and ROI.
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies and operational models at scale, including launches of new product lines.
  • Collaborate with data science and SEO teams to align integrated marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Optimize large-scale paid search operations using industry tools, methodologies, and platforms.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Improve conversion rates by refining landing pages, ad copy, keywords, audiences, and creative assets.
  • Monitor search engine updates, industry trends, and financial user behavior to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps in the financial sector.
  • Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and present campaign reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on paid search marketing experience with a strong track record in web and app growth.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience scaling paid search campaigns globally.
  • Prior experience in Finance or Tech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience managing significant budgets across multiple channels and platforms.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving excellence in paid search.
