Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Drive global user acquisition for web and app with a focus on high-quality, high-volume growth and ROI.
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies and operating models at scale, including launching new product lines.
  • Collaborate with data science and SEO teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Optimize large-scale campaign operations using industry-leading paid search methods, tools, and platforms.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Improve performance by refining landing pages, ad copy, keywords, audiences, and creative assets.
  • Monitor search engine updates, market trends, and evolving financial user behavior to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
  • Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and present campaign insights and future plans to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on paid search marketing experience with a strong track record in web and app growth.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience scaling paid search campaigns globally.
  • Experience in Finance or Tech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Proven experience managing meaningful budgets across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving excellence in paid search.
