Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of liquidity provider and market maker relationships, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing optimization and expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic trading firms, and RWA liquidity providers.
  • Monitor liquidity quality metrics such as spread, depth, and fill rates across spot, perpetuals, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments.
  • Identify and onboard specialist liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWA products.
  • Lead the liquidity strategy for prediction markets, including market-making relationships, spread and depth requirements, and event-contract specialist onboarding.
  • Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized asset issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties.
  • Partner with Product and Trading to define liquidity requirements for new RWA and prediction market listings.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics.
  • Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy aligned with growth goals and the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Institutional Sales, and OTC teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and client experience.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, roundtables, FIA Expo, and partner events to expand the liquidity provider pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationship management.
  • Experience at an exchange, broker-dealer, FCM, prime broker, market maker, or crypto trading venue.
  • Direct experience covering or trading at least two of the following: spot, listed derivatives, perpetuals, prediction/event contracts, RWAs, or tokenized products.
  • Deep knowledge of regulated market structure, including FCM, DCM, DCO, and MiFID II, and how these differ from offshore crypto venues.
  • Experience running a live client book with pipeline management, retention focus, and post-trade workflow exposure.
  • Familiarity with settlement, margin calls, and trade breaks.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced Slack and Telegram environments with HFT or prop clients requiring minute-level response times during market hours.
  • Experience with prediction markets or RWA ecosystems is preferred.
  • Exposure to global market microstructure, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics is preferred.
