Description

  • Ensure the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Oversee pre-production and staging environments to support smooth releases.
  • Lead alert triage, perform root cause analysis, and manage post-incident follow-up.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and ongoing improvements to monitoring tools and processes.
  • Build AI tools and agents that automate repetitive support, triage, and reporting tasks.
  • Research supported blockchains and DApps to assess their impact on product supportability.
  • Deconstruct new blockchain or DApp technologies to understand technical and support implications.
  • Bridge communication between end users and engineering by translating issues into clear updates and root-cause data.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications in a production or operational environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex blockchain or application issues clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to provide detailed root-cause information to engineering teams to help expedite fixes.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Support-oriented mindset with a strong drive to investigate root causes and maintain system stability.
  • Blockchain/Web3 technical depth with hands-on experience writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM (nice to have).
  • Practical experience with staking across blockchains (nice to have).
