Description

  • Lead complex value creation engagements, including workplans, workstreams, priorities, and delivery.
  • Structure ambiguous product, software, and transformation challenges into hypotheses, analyses, and decision points.
  • Develop executive-level narratives and practical recommendations from analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Build relationships with senior business, product, technology, and finance stakeholders.
  • Translate between commercial and technical audiences while assessing feasibility and architecture implications.
  • Connect initiatives to value creation economics, including business cases, benefits, investments, trade-offs, and risks.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify when specialist expertise in engineering, architecture, data, cybersecurity, or transformation is needed.
  • Drive engagements from analysis to decisions, prioritized actions, and implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Experience comparable to a high-performing consulting Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Associate Director, or Senior Consultant.
  • Track record leading complex client engagements in strategy, digital, transformation, advisory, or similar environments.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous analysis, manage teams, and create executive storylines.
  • Depth in transformation, product, software delivery, operating model design, technology strategy, or technology architecture.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business cases, benefits quantification, and investment analysis.
  • Credibility with senior executives and leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and CPOs.
  • Ability to operate across business strategy, product, software, and technology contexts.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide analysis, challenge thinking, and shape recommendations.
  • Practical, action-oriented approach aligned with service, curiosity, credibility, commitment, and creativity.
