Description

  • Support process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during customer workshops.
  • Advise customers on using ServiceNow to improve business processes.
  • Guide customers in preparing business requirement workbooks and related technical documentation.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Support customers in reviewing and approving solution requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide oversight and training to customer system administrators throughout the engagement.
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery for engagements.
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and best-practice configuration decisions.
  • Prepare customer-facing technical deliverables and ensure quality of configured and developed solutions.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and support continuous improvement of delivery materials.
  • Support sales activities when required and mentor other members of the delivery team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
  • 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking, including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with remote resources.
  • Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements.
  • Ability to organize work across multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience prioritizing, managing, and refining a project backlog with well-defined stories ready for development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Deep understanding of at least 4 ServiceNow product lines and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more application areas required.
