Description

  • Lead and support client workshops and requirements meetings to gather business needs and document current and future-state processes.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, project teams, and technical resources during product development and implementation.
  • Identify process definitions, improvement opportunities, and gap analyses during customer workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Provide guidance to clients and ServiceNow technical resources on documented requirements and functional capabilities.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain project documentation such as process flow diagrams, workshop agendas, presentations, and backlog grooming materials.
  • Recommend business process improvements by evaluating options, pros, cons, and risks.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives across concurrent engagements while meeting tight timelines.
  • Promote continuous process improvement and communicate business requirements to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Support functional testing activities, including UAT, and help develop testing plans and strategies.
  • Create job aids and training materials to support customer training and user adoption after implementation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a business process role or similar process-related role.
  • Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals is strongly preferred; ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of the ServiceNow platform and project implementation lifecycle.
  • Ability to document processes, identify gaps, and translate findings into user stories and backlog items.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery concepts, including stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
  • Experience hosting workshops or meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and support testing and training plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and communicating requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset, curiosity, active listening, and willingness to learn from a cross-functional team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Project management knowledge for working with large and complex project teams.
  • Agile certification or experience on Agile-facilitated projects is preferred.
  • Organizational Change Management certification or practical experience is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be located in Canada and able to work fully remotely.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
